Fashion, beauty & lookbooks
Shortlist photographers by visual language and production scale, from still-life and lookbooks to beauty, campaigns and directed motion.

Start with the intended use—editorial, lookbook, e-commerce, beauty, campaign or motion—then choose a photographer whose work matches the casting, styling, lighting and finish you need. Send an asset list, references, production responsibilities, schedule and usage terms before requesting a proposal.
A lookbook must show a collection clearly and consistently. An editorial can build a stronger visual narrative. E-commerce usually prioritises repeatable angles and accurate garments, while a campaign may combine hero images, detail frames, multiple crops and motion.
Define the job before selecting a visual style. The photographer should know which assets must sell the product, which establish the campaign and which support press or social channels.
List the responsibilities for creative direction, production, casting, model bookings, styling, hair and make-up, set design, studio or location, lighting, transport and catering. An individual photographer and a production studio may solve the same brief through very different teams.
Confirm who contracts each contributor and who clears model, location, music and wardrobe usage. If stills and motion share the day, ask how the crew, lighting and schedule will serve both without reducing the essential shot list.
Agree who selects images, when the client can review them and whether approval happens during the shoot. Set retouching expectations for skin, garment shape, fabric, colour and background before post-production begins.
The delivery schedule should list each final crop, version and file type. Put usage channels, territory, duration, exclusivity, credits, raw-file policy and archive period in the written agreement.
This selection mixes individual photographers with studios and production teams. Their verified profiles cover different combinations of fashion, lookbooks, still life, beauty, advertising, model campaigns and studio production; confirm who will shoot, who will produce and what the proposal includes.

Visit a provider’s official website from their profile. If you prefer help choosing or coordinating, send one brief to us.
Include the collection or product, audience, visual references, number of looks, casting needs, location or studio preference, deliverable list, crop ratios, schedule, approval process, deadline and intended usage. State which production roles are already booked.
An individual photographer can be a good fit when the concept, team and logistics are already organised. A studio or production team may suit a brief that also needs casting, locations, equipment, set production or coordinated stills and motion. Compare named responsibilities, not labels alone.
Some listed profiles publish both still and motion work. Confirm the operators, camera and lighting plan, edit scope, aspect ratios and whether the schedule protects the required still images as well as the video deliverables.
Do not assume they are. Ask for separate line items for talent, agency or usage fees, styling, hair and make-up, studio, location, set, equipment, assistants, retouching, video editing, transport and taxes.
