How booking information is handled
This notice covers information sent directly to Turkey Visual Pros. Each listed professional’s website has its own privacy terms.
Information you send
A booking brief can include your name, organisation, contact details, project requirements, location, timing, budget and preferred professional. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for planning the assignment.
How it is used
We use the information to review your enquiry, contact you, identify a suitable photographer, videographer or production team, and record the progress of the enquiry. Details are shared with a proposed professional only when reasonably necessary to discuss the project.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and stores booking records. Brevo delivers the acknowledgement and internal notification emails. Telegram receives a limited staff alert containing the reference, service, location, date and budget, without your email, phone number or full brief.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are kept only while they are reasonably needed for project follow-up, business records, security and dispute handling. You may ask for access, correction or deletion through the booking-help form. Please include the relevant enquiry reference so we can locate the record.
